These terms apply when you use the Meta Ads Strategy Planner on this website. By using it or buying the premium report you agree to them.
What the planner is
The planner uses AI to write a Facebook and Instagram advertising plan from the details you enter. Each email address gets one free strategy summary, after you sign in with a code sent to that email. Premium costs ₹199 for 30 days. You request it by sending us a WhatsApp message, and we activate it after we confirm it with you. It includes the full plan described on the planner page and lets you create more plans during that time.
What it is not
- It does not create, publish or manage campaigns in your Meta account.
- It does not guarantee leads, sales, cost per result or return on ad spend. Figures in a report are estimates based on your inputs and stated assumptions.
- It is not legal, tax or financial advice.
- We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information. The plan can only be as good as what you enter.
- Read and follow Meta’s advertising policies, including rules for Special Ad Categories, and check every setting in Ads Manager before you launch.
- Review all AI-written ad copy and make sure every claim, offer and testimonial you publish is true and that you have the right to use it.
- Your advertising budget is paid to Meta. It is separate from the report price and from any agency fee.
Access and payment
Premium access starts only after we approve your request and ends automatically after 30 days. The premium price is ₹199 for 30 days, and the payment details are shared with you on WhatsApp before access is activated. Your report link is private, so keep it safe. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to plan advertising that is unlawful, misleading or against platform policies. We may limit or block abusive use.
Liability
The planner and reports are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for ad account restrictions, advertising spend or business results that follow from using a report. Our total liability for a report is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
