What we collect
- Business details you enter in the planner, such as business name, website, industry, offer, location, audience, budget, goals and challenges.
- Your email address, which you use to sign in with a one-time code, so that each email can use the free summary once. We also keep your name and WhatsApp number if you send them when you ask for premium access, so we can contact you and confirm your access.
- Your WhatsApp message. To get premium you message us on WhatsApp. That message, your number and your email are visible to us, and WhatsApp handles the message under its own terms.
- Access request details such as when you asked and when your access starts and ends. If we agree a payment with you, we handle it directly, and the planner itself never collects your card, UPI or bank details.
- A hashed network identifier used only to limit abuse. We do not store your raw IP address for this.
- Contact forms and enquiries that you send us on other pages of this website.
How we use it
- To generate your free strategy summary and, with premium access, your full report.
- To review your request, unlock your report and let you reopen it.
- To prevent abuse, fix errors and keep the service secure.
- To reply to your messages.
Who processes your data
- An AI service provider receives the business details you enter so that it can write your plan. Please do not enter personal data about your customers or any confidential information you do not want processed this way.
- Our email provider carries the messages we send you about your request.
- Our hosting provider stores the website and its database.
We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Previews that never turn into an access request are deleted automatically after about 30 days. Reports with approved access and their request records are kept so you can reopen your report and so we can answer questions and meet our accounting needs. You can ask us to delete your report using the contact page.
Your report link and this device
Your report is opened with a private link that contains a long random code. Anyone who has the link can open the report, so please do not share it publicly. The planner also saves a draft and the link of your report in your browser storage on this device. Clearing your browser data removes that copy.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Send the request through the contact page or by email to growithprincee@growithprincee.com and include the email you signed in with.
